Realization

Making lists soothes my brain. Seriously. So, let it begin.

Reasons to write a list a day:
  1. I can work on my bucket list (yet to be posted) item of blogging every day for a year
  2. It soothes my OCD
  3. It helps me cope with anxiety
  4. It helps me get shit done
  5. It helps me to put past events into a schema.
